Mary McCallum, RN
Owner
Mary's primary interest is in promoting her clients' health and well-being through making them look and feel their best. As a registered nurse, Mary’s extensive service and experience in Boston's largest hospitals (Brigham and Women’s, Mass General, and Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital) in the fields of surgical nursing, case management, patient advocacy, and health care marketing has given her a deep understanding of the medical community and patients' needs.
In addition to her extensive medical knowledge, Mary also developed strong aesthetics skills derived from a fine arts background (Rhode Island School of Design and Tufts University), and combined these skills and knowledge make her among the most highly rated practitioners in the Boston area.
Mary founded LeDerm Laser and Medical Aesthetics in 2006 and has trained with many plastic surgeons in the US and Canada. As a certified laser trainer, she specializes in the latest laser rejuvenation technology as well as injectable dermal fillers, Kybella and neurotoxins (Botox). She has also been an associate member of the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery for 10 years, a member of the Dermatology Nurses Association, American Academy of Medical Esthetic Professionals, and is certified in medical cosmetics by the Aesthetic Institute of Massachusetts and Esthetic Skin Institute.

The personal attentions she provides to each client to satisfy their needs and requests are her priorities. Providing service with results is not only her goal but she also goes the extra mile with Customized Client Consultations at each visit, making your LeDerm experience enjoyable, relaxing and rejuvenating.
She has 19 years experience and her skill set ranges from Laser treatments, Venus Freeze, Micro-Needling, Medical Grade Facials, Chemical Peels, Microdermabrasion, and Ultrasonic Facial services.
She takes a great deal of pride in each client's customized treatment for the ultimate LeDerm experience.

Paola is a licensed medical aesthetician who is passionate about helping clients achieve radiant, healthy skin. Using advanced clinical techniques coupled with her individualized skin care approach, she is results driven to exceed the client's expectations of rejuvenation and relaxation.
She specializes in skin analysis, face and scalp massage, customized medical grade facials, chemical peels, acne treatments, extractions, nano-infusion treatments, dermaplaning, microneedling, microdermabrasion, ultrasonic facials, body treatments and state of the art skin care products.
Whether you want to address a specific skin issue or simply enjoy a relaxing spa experience, her goal is to leave every client feeling rejuvenated, confident, and glowing. She believes that great skin is not just a luxury, but a key part of self-care and well-being.
