Appointments
Appointments are booked on a first-come, first-served basis, and since some appointment times are extremely popular please remember to book early or have alternative dates and times available. Our receptionist will let you know how much time your treatment session will require at the time of booking.
Please arrive at least 5 minutes early for your appointment; delays may necessitate rescheduling your session if there is insufficient time to complete your treatment.
Some appointments may require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking, and we gladly accept Master Card and Visa over the phone. Your deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment session.
Cancellations
LeDerm's goal is to provide our clients with the best possible service. Accomplishing this goal and insuring that you have the necessary time required for your treatment session requires us to adhere to an appointment-based schedule.
LeDerm's cancellation policy requires that you provide us with 24 hours notice before the scheduled time of your appointment. Missed appointments, or the failure to cancel a treatment session 24 hours prior to the scheduled time will result in the forfeiture of the clients deposit, voucher, gift certificate, coupon, or being charged a fee for the missed session.
LeDerm's hours of operation
- Mondays: Closed
- Tuesdays and Thursdays: 1pm - 8pm
- Wednesdays and Fridays: 10am - 5pm
- Saturdays by appointment
- Sundays: Closed
